Processing Times

Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 2–4 business days. During busy periods, launches or holidays, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and delivery provider. Once an order has been dispatched, any applicable tracking information will be provided by email.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us with your order details. For damaged items, please include photographs of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
